Absolutely NO PETS are allowed under any circumstances. Violation
of this rule will result in forfeiture of deposit and could be grounds
The grill is chained to an outdoor deck on the top level (fire ordinance).
Please be careful when grilling. Any turkey roasters or other cooking
devices used on the upstairs deck are not permitted and all damages
will come out of the deposit.
There is a fire extinguisher located on both living levels and in
the washer/dryer room. One is in the hallway on the bedroom level
and the other is in the kitchen. Please make sure every guest is
aware where they are located.
There is no longer a telephone (land–line) in the house.
Trash pick-up is Tuesday and Friday. Please make sure the dumpsters
are wheeled to the roadway for pick-up and returned under the house
afterwards. Please try to make the Friday pick-up so the next renters
have some room in the dumpster. The town ordinance is strict and
places a fine on trash placed on the ground.
